Avoid this company.

Avoid this company. There are a few negative reviews on here and I have to say mine is similar. While many are positive, I would suspect that they have created the positive reviews personally. There are a few reasons for that comment. The biggest is I simply don't trust them. My basis for that is this. Under the about us tab on their website, they state COMPLETE REFUND OPTION We offer complete refund confidently because we haven’t receive a single refund request up till now and expect same in future.However, there are at least 2 reviews that I came across on this page that clearly state that refunds have been requested, yet not given. Also, when I first contacted them about a simple mascot logo that I intend to put on a team jersey for a high school fishing team I was encouraged to purchase a package for $149 by Adam. I responded that that price was insane for the purpose of the project. Later I received another contact and a link to an apparently "hidden" page that they use when someone balks on the cost of a project. This link showed a package that is not shown on their "packages" page and included a $27 option. While I had reservations, I thought I'd give it a shot. Certainly a mistake. While I received the first artwork very quickly, it was extremely poor and not even close to what I had indicated needing and was very specific and clear with what I was requesting. After sending another very specific email including attachments requesting revision, it took multiple texts and email to get the revisions after 4 days although they stated on multiple occasions between Adam and Diego that I would receive it within that day. Once I did receive the first revision, they were much improved. Given how bad the original was and how specific and detailed my email requesting revision was, it would be hard to not have improved the original artwork. Something I'd be willing to pay and settle for (with some color revisions) would be an appropriate description. By no stretch was it something that was particularly impressive, but it would meet the purpose. It was also at this time that I reiterated that I needed the artwork in a vector format, which I had expressed in my original conversation with Adam, only to initially be told by Diego that it would be. Shortly thereafter however, he followed up and said no I'd have to pay an additional $50 to get it in the vector format. I then contacted the shirt printer I am getting the uniforms from and they said just get the artwork in whatever form I can as soon as possible and they will find someone to convert to the format that they need and the cost would likely be between $15 and $25. I informed Diego and Norman to proceed with the color revision without the additional $50 cost and was told I'd have the revision within 24 hours. Guess what, this again didn't happen and required more texts and emails so that I didn't have to have the artwork held hostage over the extended Memorial Day weekend. In my exchange with Diego he turned the blame on me by stating that the delay in getting revisions done was my fault for providing them with my ideas after the original concept was developed, which is completely false. In the end, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint and in doing so have requested a 50% refund of the $27 package. It truly isn't about the money, however. It is about customer service, doing business the right way and following through with what you say you will stand behind. I am wondering if and how long my review will stay posted as I just saw a previous negative review that was posted recently has just been removed.

With due respect Mr. Mark, we’d like to conclude the 2nd side of the story as you have just posted what you have faced but unfortunately, it’s not a complete case. The point you have raised that the positive reviews were posted by our side personally so you are pointing to the Trustpilot credibility because they do verify that the reviews were posted organically or not so they removed the fake reviews. Another thing which you’ve raised that the company claims that we do provide a complete refund so there are the terms & conditions on which you have acknowledged at the initial level and now you are stating that we don’t provide a refund. As far as your concern about the rest of the two clients we have submitted the refund case and we have won it because 3rd parties assure that we didn’t do any fraudulent activities and most of the customers are satisfied with our designs and services. Meanwhile, let us clarify you that we are running the promotional offer and it is getting changed on a daily or weekly basis so it doesn’t mean that we were hiding anything from you or our customers because the promotional offers are for the customers not for ourselves that’s why we have shared with you the discounted package as you have mentioned that you have budget constraints and now you are taking this on a negative gesture as well. If we talk about the design so we’d like to say that we are sorry if you haven’t got what exactly you are looking for that’s why we do offer multiple revisions but if you do remember when you have purchased our logo design package you have got our logo brief questionnaire form but you haven’t attached the logo reference images with us and we designed according to the brief but later you have shared the logos for the references which is not included in our terms & conditions if you can check still we have facilitated you without charging you more just to ensure your satisfaction. And the concern you have mentioned that you’ve got revisions after 4 days so our representative was trying to get your detailed idea of logos over the call but you were not available, because you came to us for the logo design but you are referring us the T-shirt designs where you want to put your logo and there were 3 to 4 different places and color preferences so how come you will put 1 logo on 3 to 4 different places with different color preferences but we are glad that you liked our logo designs. However, you will be asking for more color variations on a single logo but you have bought 1 logo design from us that’s why our representative requested you to pay more but you have refused so we stopped right there but then you asked for the vector files which wasn’t included in your package which we have intimated you at the initial level before making a purchase but now you are referring that you have to get it done only in $15 to $25 so let me explain to you that every company has different prices and same goes with the freelancers so we can’t compare each other. It’s completely your call that you contacted the business bureau to file a complaint but still we are here to facilitate you if you will come up with the final decision. If you are saying that it’s all about the customer service so you can see that our representatives are still in contact with you and trying to design the logo exactly what you want but it’d be great if you can come up with a final decision what you want then we can design perfectly because the vague idea will always make hurdles and you won’t get 100% perfection in our designs. The review which you were referring to is removed by our client’s end because we have facilitated them as per their requirements and they do acknowledge with our services.
