Tetyana pointed out an inconsistency in my latest order from a previous orders that kept me from making a mistake. I appreciated her attention to detail and for communicating with me about it. Megan followed up with shipping details on the order. Great communication.

Dinesh, I am not sure why you would give us a 1 Star review without even contacting us first about not liking the quality of the polo shirts you ordered. We sell over 100 various qualities of polo shirts that I am sure would meet your expectations. You purchased one of least expensive polo shirts that construction supervisors wear. If you would have reached out to us and asked for suggestions of what style polo shirt you are needing, then we would have offered you a higher quality polo. We offer sample shirts to customers to check quality before ordering. Our customer support team can suggest some options for you. I would have appreciated you giving us the opportunity to find you a better shirt before giving us 1 Star for a shirt that you purchased online without asking any questions about it. We have a 4.7 Star rating because we offer great customer service.

I have been ordering shirts from Logoshirtsdirect for over 13 years. I have always been pleased with the ease of ordering, the customer supports and communication and the quality of the product received. For a small business owner who doesn't meet typical large order minimums, this is the perfect fit for us!
