I've used LogOnFixIT in the past and have always been more than satisfied. This most recent experience has surpassed even my expectations. Their response time was almost immediate and the issues/problems were corrected/solved completely - all at a reasonable cost. As far as I'm concerned, they are the best!

I MET MIKE THRU A FRIEND WHO HAD USED LOGONFIXIT IN THE PAST. BEING A 90 YEAR SENIOR, I NEEDED HELP. HE TOOK OVER MY COMPUTER, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND REMAINED CHEERFUL AND FRIENDLY THE WHOLE TIME. WE ARE NOW THE BEST OF BUDDIES AND I LOVE & TRUST HIM AS A FRIEND.

These guys understand what customer service really means. They quickly responded to my email and phoned me. The technician explained the whole process and got right to work. I watched in amazement as each of my laptop issues were resolved remotely. After hours of frustration without an internet connection LogOnFixit did just that - I logged on and they fixed it and then some. Fees were very reasonable and service is outstanding. Stop flailing around your keyboard and call these folks. I am a happy man.
