Service was decent but estimated time frame given by service rep was way off from actual result time all in all it was a more or less pleasant experience.

I was approached by an employee of Logo Mashup on a facebook group - I posted looking for designers for my logo. I chose them because they had the most competitive pricing. I discovered at a later date (it was not mentioned until they asked for more money) that copyright was not included, so the price would be substantially larger. I did not take the upsell and the experience left me with a bitter taste. After payment, the 6 concepts I received were good, and I am happy with my end result, but the time it took to send the finished versions to me was unacceptable. All in all, it was 3 weeks after I had chosen my prefered concept and the whole process was over a month. Following payment, I started to communicate with the company via email, instead of facebook. However, this communication was received in fractured English and was consistently hard to understand. Messaging with Jennifer (the original employee) on Facebook proved to be the only way to get anything done. For a service that does not need to provide much friction, the whole process was hard and unenjoyable. Despite this, I am happy with my design, but I would not recommend them or use them for future designs.
