4 out of 5. Attention to detail.
Everything was great in the sense of creating a mental picture. The designers took an image I described from words and created a great logo draft sheet that was similar to what I pictured. “Josh”, the project manager was very professional and did very well with communication. The project was completed in an expected time frame. The one thing I will say… attention to detail when it gets down to the close finished product. Although I ensured they not only received the email, detailed description, and received email back verbatim of understanding…there were several times things were completely removed, discolored, and not revised whatsoever. It can be confusing, time delaying and frustrating. Otherwise, depending on who you get should be suffice with expected human error.
