Really bad service mad me pay again and again tryed to contact them and nothing but bad service

I was very upset to find out I was charged with full amount when i wanted only 1 month. I could not get my money back. Not a good way to do businesses.

Hi, We do apologize for the inconvenience you may have occurred. The basic package was purchased stated $3.97 per month billed annually. The first-year charge is $47.64 which is technically $3.97/month. We will provide complimentary stationery designs. We have sent you an email stating the whole process previously. Misleading site took my money for a logo that I can't use and won't give me my money back after I saw that it was a scam.

However, as per our terms and conditions, The Company retains all ownership, copyrights and any other rights to the Company Design. Customer is prohibited from selling, assigning, modifying, recreating, or transferring rights to the Company Design. With respect to the Company Symbols, all ownership and intellectual property rights shall remain exclusively with Company and non-transferable in any case. Company's ownership and intellectual property rights in Company Symbols are perpetual, and continue even after Customer purchases a Customer Logo and registers under trademark. https://www.logodesign.net/terms-and-cond We are providing this opportunity to our existing clients that they can purchase the rights from logodesign.net of their purchased logo. Please note that it’s not obligatory to purchase the rights and you are free to use the existing logo for your business. However, all rights will remain with logodesign.net. Thank you LD Team..!
Everytime I try to edit the design to finalize it, the page wants me to pay for it. After 4 times of the site "fixing" this. I just want a prorated refund and to cancel account but instead I get asked when I am buying the rights to the logo. (In which I haven't even been able to finalize)

This company does good work Worked with Shaun on trucking company logo design, very happy with the results, good communication, work was done on time, quality of the work excellent, good pricing, they went beyond my expectations by doing more revisions than I paid for, highly recommend you work with them on your projects I will certainly use their services again in the future.
