Logo SharksReviews of logo-sharks.com

Severe Misrepresentation, Deliberate Slowdowns, and Deceptive Tactics. My experience with this company completely aligns with the other negative reviews here. After conducting an independent technical and forensic audit, here is what we discovered: Manufactured Performance Issues: An independent investigation revealed a "Sleep Timer" script hidden on our main index. The company intentionally slowed down our website by 1 minute to claim it was struggling and force us into a 3 to 5-year maintenance contract...the scam is hand you a fast site make it sleep after that and then blame you claiming the site was fully optimized at handover so it's something that would require maintenance. Disruption of Paid Services: Despite paying upfront for years of hosting, they took the website offline, falsely claiming hosting fees were due. The site was only restored after extensive debate and providing proof with payment receipts. Showing AT BEST bad record keeping at worse more manipulative tactics. Fabricated Legal/Trademark Pressure: We received copyright and trademark demands regarding our domain name directly from them, along with requests for additional fees to "resolve" the issue. Forensics verified that these emails originated directly from this company’s own IP address and a 3rd party verified ALL of the claims in the email were false and done to scam into paying more. (Independent reviewer). Inconsistent Invoicing & Subcontracting: Invoices showed conflicting company headers and footers, suggesting they white-label and outsource most of their work. Subpar Graphic Assets: The logo files provided WAS decent and vectorized but ALSO had low-resolution, rasterized images embedded directly in the file to create artificial scaling problem (like blur). Every issue listed above is backed by forensic logs, IP tracing, and payment receipts. Exercise extreme caution and look elsewhere for web development and hosting, Logo Design etc. Also, the private reviewer discovered intentionally manipulative reviews. Reviewers posting more than once about the same logo to increase 5 stars counts. Anabolic Zebrah Nov. 25 and Dec. 4, 2024 Two five-star reviews describing the same logo-design experience with OscarA Ashley Innocente Nov. 4 and Nov. 15, 2023 Two five-star reviews describing the same branding engagement with Edward Miller Independent review also believes sturdylogo (reviews match the reviews here) is part of their company outlet. The similarities are unusually specific. Reviewers describe receiving a satisfactory inexpensive logo, then months or years later being contacted about another party supposedly trying to trademark their business name. Some also allege large additional charges and websites being shut down during payment disputes. One Logo Sharks reviewer, Olivia Bahrami (August 28, 2024), explicitly claimed the companies were connected. She included the text of a purported Logo Sharks email from “Jim Morrison,” asserting that the USPTO had contacted the company about another party registering her business name. That email is reproduced in her review; I haven't authenticated its headers or sender. There is a crossover with employee names as well. Anthony Osagie, September 2024, five stars Logo Sharks Charlie William, website trainer Peter Aminzia, May 2024, five stars Sturdy Logo Charlie Williams, representative James, September 2025, one star Sturdy Logo Charley Williams, developer January 25, 2022 USPTO enforcement announcement against Abtach Ltd., 360 Digital Marketing LLC, and Retrocube LLC. The agency said these businesses operated multiple low-cost logo-design and trademark-filing websites, misled customers, and submitted thousands of invalid trademark applications. More than 5,500 applications were affected. Both logo-sharks.com and sturdylogo.com appear together in the Abtach-related website list maintained on a Wikipedia project investigation page. They also appear in an independent investigator's published list of alleged Abtach-affiliated sites. The USPTO's 2022 order establishes misconduct by the entities it named. It does not establish that Logo Sharks or Sturdy Logo were among those sanctioned, The Wikipedia page and other website don't prove the connection directly. But something to consider seeing as others receive the same fake USPTO emails. The same investigator who listed Logo Sharks and Sturdy Logo as alleged Abtach-affiliated brands also names Hawx Technologies LLC among companies he alleges are connected to that broader operation. However. That is more provable. ns1.cloudrack360.com admin.hawxtechnologies.com are associated directly.

These guys are straight crooks 19 bucks turned into 150 then 300 then 250 now 250 more every other month they have a scam where they call with all the legal bull and demand money smh how are they still in business

Do not do business with Logo Sharks!!!!! This company is running some kind of scam. They keep requiring more money, but little is accomplished. They pass you onto a different person in order to get more money from you. They refused to give me a copy of the documents they supposedly sent to the US Patent and Trademark Office unless I paid them an additional $500.00. That is extortion. Since they won’t produce copies of the paperwork to the USPTO, it would appear that they are committing fraud while using a government agency to do so.

Absolutely a scam. They will start off by promising you everything and ensuring that for one price you can get everything up and running. Then slowly through the process they will keep trying to tell you to purchase so.ething new. Even after everything is complete they will non-stop call you to ask you to buy aome new upgrade. They even shut down my website because they said I need to purchase upgraded plug-ins, and now they won't turn it back on. This has been a horrible experience.

I have had nothing but excellent service so, I do not know what all these reviews are. I can tell you that it costs money to trademark and copyright anything. I have been working with this company over a year and have had nothing but success. I know that there may be another company people may be getting this one confused with but you can verify prices with The American trademark yourselves. When purchasing a website its expensive and having someone constantly running maintenance for your website is expensive also so, I know people may come into this thinking its cheaper but its not but worth the investment.

To reiterate what numerous reviewers of LogoSharks have stated, this company is a complete scam. I paid them to create a logo for my company which they failed miserably at doing. The artwork was mostly AI generated and I approved none of their work. I finally had them tweak a logo that I already had in my possession to feel like I had at least received something for my payment. The tweaking consisted of enlarging fonts and changing colors. Fast forward a few months, I began receiving emails and phone calls stating that LogoSharks had received a notice from the “Federal Trademark attorney” that my company name was being trademarked by a third party and I needed to take action or several things could happen to my company. I, of course, looked into this matter with the USPTO. Of course, it was fabricated BS in an attempt to extort more money out of me. The phone calls and emails have continued. I asked for proof of a trademark filing for a second time and was presented with a different applicant name than previously supplied by LogoSharks. Keep in mind that I never had LogoSharks copyright my artwork so the USPTO or any third parties would have no idea that my logo even existed. Take my warning, stay away from this company!

These people were total scammers! Edward, Jerry, Aaron, and several others that I dealt with over about 8 months designed a logo for what I thought was a reasonable price but then offered to give me a very basic website for $600 which I paid only to struggle for about six months dealing with them not understanding what an estate planning lawyer does to using terrible grammar and sentence structure to harassing me with multiple calls about wanting more money for hosting and maintenance!!! It was a nightmare! When my site finally launched it came up under totally different languages in searches and it always took them forever to make simple corrections!!! Very SKETCHY!!! SCAM ARTISTS. They need to be shut down! I don’t know how they are still in business in the US! They don’t use legit contracts! They always come up with a reason why you need to pay MORE MONEY! When I told them I was going to use a different company for hosting and maintenance they shut down my website!!!! I paid over $1000 and I have nothing!!! RUN, Don’t WALK! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT FROM THE US AND DO NOT RUN A PROFESSIONAL OPERATION!!!

They continue to contact me after being told to DNC...... They continue to barrage me with calls about trademark infringement and additional service
