Lacking appeal.
I'm not sure if anyone would need this. Why not put the issue at hand directly into the search bar? It's obvious that the content was simplified to reduce confusion but the site is too bare and unappealing overall.

Good concept, bad UX
The design of the website is flat and boring. The color choices are elementary and the user flow is not intuitive. Each page option (home, contact us, about us) should not open a new page. That's unnecessary and makes no sense. the small blue font for the topics on the home page is hard to read as the font is thin and the blue is rather light in contrast. The entire website does not have to be the exact color scheme of your logo. The tips and tricks bit should feel more digestible and organized. Right now it just looks like a random blog, not a professional website.
