Log Cabins for Less-USAReviews of logcabinsforless.com

Choose a different company. Yes they were great in the beginning but wow such a horrible company. Paid for my log cabin and installation, install is finally complete and nothing but issues now. Owners and sales rep refuse to respond to calls, texts and emails. My brand new roof is installed wrong , things not done according to plan. And that’s putting it lightly. The hassle I went through with this company was not worth it. Was iffy on paying the final installation installment and I was right. Once that payment was made they cut off all contact. They do not care about their customers once the money transaction is completed

Hello concerned customer regarding log cabins for less. Just wanted to give you a heads up if you're doing business with this company I would definitely get a contract signed. In person they say you will only lose 1,500 if you want your deposit back for any reason. Then when you try to get your deposit back they hit you with a 20% charge. Never said that I would take delivery of the product .Have been trying to get my deposit back in full . Received 7.9% of my initial deposit and will not give me a timeline for the rest of my deposit. It's been 66 days since initial contact with their salesman and told them that I cannot move forward do to New York State regulations with the our R value of the logs .They say they do not have the rest of the funds to return the deposit in full .. Will keep everyone posted if they make it right....

I contacted Log Cabins for Less on January 4,2022. In our conversation, the representative said they had enough information to supply me with basic figures and would reply later the same day via phone and email. No response from them. On January 12th I contacted them again, we had the same conversation as the previous week, with assurance that they would reply that day. As of today, January 18th I still have not received any information either by phone or email. I have no reason to spend money with a company that will no follow up after assuring me they will.

Writing a review from Ireland as obviously some people here have unfairly got you guys confused with a company here.

I have had nothing but good service from this company. They answer the phone, delivery was Free! And on time. Materials are what they advertise and very good quality. I highly reccomend this company if your building a log cabin.

Feel compelled to boost your score as I can only assume that those who are in a blind brain farting rage cannot differentiate between the "4" and "for" LogCabinsforLess-USA and LogCabins4less.ieIRL. Your cabins look quality! Nice work

Just received my flat pack cabin a couple of days ago - everything as expected and in perfect condition. Quick time-line would highly recommend

This company shouldn't be allowed to trade. They are constantly changing delivery times no costumer service all they seem to care about is getting the deposit off you and let you sitting waiting with no guarantee of when it's coming. Was told 6 weeks I'm now on week 16 and no sign of the cabin. Avoid avoid avoid
