Jason communicated well about expectations, and how things should go. Everything went according to plan, and the product was engineered well. We love the result, and the hanging racks have allowed us to clean out a storage unit and bring everything to our garage.

Jason recommended and installed a storage system that 100% meets our needs. Very friendly and responsive. This was the 2nd time we have used Loft it Up, and would absolutely use them again!
