LockerReviews of locker.rentals

The lockers locking mechanism has failed and the contents of the locker are now missing. Contacted the company 3 times, no response at all. Locker remains unsecure. Poor quality lockers. Save your money and do not rent these lockers.

You cannot book a locker on their website! The process is supposed easy three steps, but you can’t even get to step 1. The website says type the name of the school or post code, but when you do so, nothing comes out. Clearly there is a bug on their website that needs fixing. Many parents at my son’s school booked a locker and paid for it, but either incorrect codes were sent out, or no codes arrived from the locker. Rentals. Lockers are in school, but can’t be used by children ! They just do not work! Absolutely terrible service.

Nightmare experience! DS's locker has been broken 3 times since the start of the term, but there's no where to find Locker.Rentals phone number on the website, while their customer service didn't reply messages until several days later after each email is sent. They said they'll send an engineer to fix the locker and they still haven't sent after one week. They said they'll allocate another locker, but they allocated my daughter's locker to my son, so which locker should my daughter use instead? DS's school won't allow pupils to take their bags to lunch, so it's absolutely annoying when he has to carry all his bags around - he hasn't had lunch for a week and he didn't tell us until we found out from the wisepay account! Still waiting for the problem to be solved - an anxious mum (Updates: they got back to me after I wrote the above review, about 11 days since I contacted them via the message box, and offered another locker which worked, however I do wonder why this simple solution couldn't be provided as soon as I contacted them.)

Unhelpful once purchased . Bad customer service. Have 3 daughters in the school , will not have a locker for any of them again in future years .
