Oooh my goodness what an experience. Awful awful awful. Locked out. Email recovery not working..Ive generated a huge number of tickets. No human interaction to clear this up either. Pass key not working even though it does for everthing else as its biometric. Utter utter headache.

Tens of thousands of dollars stolen — and it's still happening. My husband and I both held Lobstr wallets. Several months ago, my husband's account was completely wiped out — tens of thousands of dollars in crypto removed without his authorization. My own account lost approximately $5,000 in the same timeframe, leaving almost nothing behind. We contacted Lobstr repeatedly. They refused to take any responsibility and offered no meaningful help tracing where our funds went. We filed a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). Then today — July 16, 2026 — I received an automated email from Lobstr confirming yet another outgoing transaction from my wallet that I did not make. Months after the original theft, unauthorized activity is STILL occurring on our accounts, and Lobstr has done nothing to secure them or respond to us. Reading the other reviews here, our story is not unique: drained wallets, ignored support tickets, no accountability. If you are considering storing anything of value in this wallet, please read these reviews first. We learned the hard way. We have reported this to the FBI (IC3), the FTC, and the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation.

Once I invested my money, there was no way to get it out. I invested thousands in XRP& XLM. Then the account was hacked and drained. There is no one to reach out to for any type of customer service- no phone number, you create a ticket and never heard from anyone again. It's a black hole. Huge scam!!!

Lobstr is my choice for Stellar: a simple, secure, and popular multi-functional wallet. It's protected by a password and two-factor authentication (2FA). For maximum security, the LOBSTR Vault app with multi-signature support is available.

Lobstr Wallet has so many SCAM fake assets on it, stay away, yes you can still trade with some legitimate assets, but hte fact that the wallet allows so many fake assets to be created and traded, as allowed millions to loose so much money. VERY HIGH STAY AWAY. When you do yout Crypto Tax Reporting, its a nightmare. Trust me.

Lobstr is a scam site. Their affiliated sites also scams. If you don’t want to LOSE your money go elsewhere. They made big claims and haven’t followed through on any of them. The application is riddled with dodgey coins which are probably owned by them. No one will get back to you when you request assistance and you can’t get your currents funds out.
