have been in business for forty years and always LKQ was my first go to for parts they sent a low mileage motor supposedly after install found dead cylinder struggling to get reimbursement including what they asked us to check very disappointed with customer service looks like we will have to go to BBB

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HEAVY DUTY TRUCK PARTS FROM THEM! they do not warranty any parts. I spent $7000 on a differential that only lasted 500 miles before overheating and all gears and bearings being destroyed. They refuse to warranty. There a total scam!

Extremely disappointing product and terrible customer service I bought a car cover from LKQ in Hoofddorp NL for around €85, expecting better quality than a cheap €11 cover from Action. What a mistake. Within just three weeks, the cover was completely unusable; and this with only regular use, no extreme weather or abuse. When I contacted LKQ, I was offered only a 50% goodwill compensation. Frankly, that’s outrageous. I paid a premium price for what turned out to be a low-quality product that didn’t even last a month. I expected much better. To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. No real apology, no proper accountability. Just a weak “coulance regeling” that doesn’t even come close to covering the inconvenience or the waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against buying this product or relying on LKQ for anything. Update 15-7-2025: Finally resolved to full satisfaction. Thank you

Meh new LKQ equals same bad customer services! I used to like finish master easy call and order and delivery now its a mess

bought an engine on ebay listing stated it had 132xxx miles on it and was a good running engine so i ordered it as i have had many dealigs with lkq and found them to be reputable. Turns out there is zero quality control on the parts they sell because once i installed the engine i found my self trouble shooting a no start was like whatever maybe one of the sensors that were on the engine were bad so i did some checking and eveything tested good had spark fuel pulse from the injectors good fuel pressure and that is when i tested the compression all 4 cylinders were 72 psi or lower with the lowest being 32 psi.... contacted them and they told me i was out of luck.... never buying anything from these scum again....

The amount of disrespect to customers, customers property, and to employees from what I have seen, is absolutely disgusting. Management from the top down (Specifically from the top) has proven to be unhelpful, inconsiderate, and blatantly disrespectful. Whatever you do, avoid this branch and the management (if you're an employee or potential employee). I've never seen disrespect like this from a company in my life. If you are reading this, do not give your money to this place. The immorality is unprecedented.
