Lively RootReviews of livelyroot.com

I have been so impressed with the plants I have received from Lively Root. I had used another well known company for awhile and was discouraged with the lackluster results. Every plant I have ordered from Lively Root has not only arrived quickly, but they arrive well packaged, healthy and remain looking healthy. This company truly takes care of their plants. Highly recommend Lively Root!

There was an issue with the processing of one of two items but the customer service was excellent. Very quick response and resolved the issue immediately. The package has arrived and I was refunded the expedited shipping costs. Thank you so much! Will be using lively root again

The plant I ordered was delivered earlier than expected and healthy and beautiful. Beyond expectations. I had made a mistake on the delivery address and they corrected it right away and it made it to the right place for my daughter's birthday. Would definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with this service, Keff. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and understanding. I had accidentally entered the wrong address, and not only did they fix the issue quickly, but they also did so with kindness and zero judgment. Their support truly made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you!
