It took me almost 3 weeks to get my 2 items which was paid for at time of purchase.

I ordered 2 jars of Nuts N More products, after a few days of my order still "processing", I emailed about the status, they told me it was "out of stock" and as soon as they got it, it would send. Still haven't gotten my product. Saved about $5 from other retailers, but I would've had my product 10 days ago. Will not be using this site anymore.

Hi Mike, thank you for the review. We always are striving to make the customer service experience better. In your case, the manufacturer told us our delivery was on its way. After checking on the delivery daily they finally explained that our delivery was actually never shipped and it was used to fill their orders instead. We relied on the manufacturer and unfortunately we were also disappointed. As they are a new company we hope they are working out their supply chain problems so that this issue will not happen in the future.
Have not received entire order yet and no satisfactory response to my inquiry. Doubtful that I will use this site again.

Ordered a product shown on their WEB site and waited for it to be delivered. After more than a week with no proactive communication from the company, I checked my account, only to find out the product I ordered was no longer produced. If I hadn't followed up, I would still be waiting and wondering. They had my e-mail and phone number and could have easily been proactive and contacted me to advise. Poor service and no follow up means I more than likely will not try to do business with them in the future.

They beat all other internet prices by a substantial difference and delivery time was less than a week.

the guy I was emailing wasnt very helpful. I kept asking when I was going to get my order. I asked if it shipped and he said yes. 3 days later I asked for a tracking number and he said one would immediately be sent to me after it shipped. so I asked where it was then because he said it had shipped 3 days ago and his response was "it has shipped". that wasnt helpful at all. but thanks for my product anyway!

I ordered a product over two weeks ago and I email customer service and I got two sentences....Your stuff shipped checking on status will follow-up. And guess what ZERO on the follow-up Very dissatisfied.
