Dear Adam, Thank you for your message. XBOX codes are valid and unique codes and they are issued once and should therefore always function. Log into your Xbox Live account; Click the 'guide' button on your controller; Go to 'games & apps'; Select 'redeem code' (all the way at the bottom); Enter the received code and click 'done'. If this is somehow not working for you, then we would advise you to contact XBOX customer support so they can help you redeem the code! Kind regards, XBOXlivegold.com
