The best thing we ever did was sign up to use liveagent. The system is amazing, the support incredible and the change in our business has been fantastic. I cannot imagine us ever not using this software

I love using liveagent. Having a good, ticketed system makes life much easier. Our response times to customers has improved as we can implement SLA's and also postpone tickets to push through to us again to chase for a resolution, and all of the team can work together in one place. It is also good that all correspondence with customers and suppliers such as calls, chats and emails is all held in the same place and we can merge tickets if the customer contacts us on a new string but about the same issue, which really helps to keep track of where we are with any issues.

Live agent has made our busy period much easier to handle, keeping everything up to date and postponing tickets so we remember to check everything on time. Very easy to manage all of our customers in a timely manner.

The ease of which we were able to integrate there API v3 system in to our site, this is a major step forward for us and has removed the errors we got from our previous system where it was email based. The I-pad app needs a little bit of work to bring it up to the web based version status.

L'interface est très claire et complète. L'interraction en direct avec les clients ou les collègues (pour le traitement simultané d'un ticket par exemple) est un très bon point. L'application smartphone est pratique. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.
