The Good & The Bad
I have been a broadcaster on LIVE 365 since 2020 and I like that everything is in one place including the royalties being paid by LIVE 365. What I don't like? I don't like being nickeled and dimed and it has been feeling that way the past year with the U.K drama and having to pay for extras that used to be included. Now our fees are going up in September 2026 again and I am seeing broadcasters planning to shut down operations. I hope to continue but with 2 radio stations this is double troubling. Plus I am in Canada and this is a huge increase when you are paying in Canadian dollars and not American dollars. I understand that the price of everything is going up but LIVE 365 needs to stop treating broadcasters like customers and start treating us like partners. They should want our input and not just our money.

Hi Michael. Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your commitment as a Live365 Broadcaster since 2020. I hear your frustration clearly and appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback. For nearly 10 years, we’ve kept our core package pricing completely flat. But behind the scenes, the costs of maintaining a global broadcast network—including licensing and server infrastructure—have risen significantly across the industry since 2017. We are committed to continuing the heavy lifting on licensing and technology so you can focus on your broadcasts. We understand the financial strain this update creates, especially when factoring in the Canadian dollar exchange rate. It is with this in mind that we are happy to provide all Live365 Broadcasters with the ability to lock in their current rate for the next year by moving to one of our annual packages, and receive the added benefit of receiving 2 months for free when switching to an annual package. If there are any questions or concerns we can address for you, please reach out to our Support Team at [email protected], so we may assist. We truly value your partnership and dedication to the Live365 Community of Broadcasters, and wish you happy broadcasting.
