This company sucks
This company sucks honestly. Customer service is non-existent, I’ve called, emailed and even messaged on Instagram. We placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and haven’t received an order update and the items still haven’t shipped. Spent almost a thousand dollars and have no idea if or when I’ll get the items. Stay away and order from a more trusted source.

Hi Sarah, I am so sorry that you did not have a great experience shopping with us. I have asked that my customer service team to reach out to you and give you an updated ETA. We are facing some shipping delays particularly on furniture due to supply chain challenges that are impacting the entire industry right now. If there is anything that we can do to improve your experience please let us know. Thank you again.
