Great webserver, great sales experience. I tried the trial and based on that decided to buy - mainly because of the simplified cache experience for Magento compared to nginx + Apache + varnish which always worked but was a lot to put together in terms of setup, management and e.g. proxy timeout tweaks. Couple of queries that sales email were really helpful with. So good I purchased the lifetime license!

I have no complaints about the service itself. I’ve been satisfied for several years. However, when it comes to the business approach, I am unfortunately disappointed. -1 star for: According to the information on the website: "Because we appreciate your LiteSpeed loyalty, we offer bulk discounts starting at 15% off when you spend at least $144 USD/month." I qualified for this program from 2021-06-27, but the discount was only applied starting from 2022-11-27 after I reported it. Did I recover the funds? Of course not. -1 star for: A year ago, I considered purchasing an owned license for one of my licenses and opened a ticket asking how much it would cost me. An invoice was immediately issued with two discounts (one for what I mentioned above, i.e., exceeding $144 per month, and the other for paying the invoice for the next month), and the price for the license was $640.05. After some time, a late fee of +$30 was added. And so, the invoice "hung" for a year. After a year, I wanted to purchase the license and was prepared to pay $640.05 for it, but the invoice I received was higher than the one from a year ago, including the late fee.

I had a tricky caching issue and the support I received was fantastic - they were extremely fast to respond and also extremely helpful. They helped me to test the affected site and worked hard to actively investigate and narrow down the issue - ultimately we figured out the problem and solution successfully.
