I would even put one star Even minus one because this is not acceptable. It is bots control all of this the support email is broken.

I got a promotion package and nothing is happening, I can’t get in contact with anyone and I can’t get my money back. How is this legal and how is there no way to get in contact or do a refund?

This is a scam. Never received a confirmation mail, their support mail adress doesn't work so there is no way to contact them. And the services where not provided.

This website and its services seems to be a scam. just stay away from it.
