I love my aid I have had them a year now and I enjoying them everyday

You do not follow up on the questions or concerns from these surveys, I had concerns on the last survey and no one followed up on it. So, these are a waste of time

It was a good gesture for my father. The customer service was very nasty with me. I had issues with understanding the payments, they immediately began assuming that i wasnt going to pay and sent me to another department. The next representative guy followed with the story line and was talking nasty.At this point hearing aids are now not working. Paid too much for them to buy another pair. But I don't think I can get any help about them now.

They are better than any others I have had! I recommend them!

Listen clear hearing aids really help me when I was having difficulty hearing some people.

I love these aids. . . extremely comfortable. They do such a great job for me that I almost can't stand the noise and commotion.

The one thing that stops me from giving more than 3 stars is the fact you do not have a rubber cap that fits inside the ear that is smaller than a 7. I need either a 5 or 6. The little skinny one you have is too small.

After much testing, trial runs, battery life checking, device cleaning procedures, etc., etc. I have found my investment is a very worthwhile endeavor! My Hearing Specialist, Dr. Findley has been super-patient with a very impatient person. His excellent evaluation, modifications and other technical operations have improved my hearing GREATLY!
