I got these for my mother, and they are very good. We have experienced some problems but these are related to her dementia, being able to hear has been a help.

I put them in as soon as I got them and have worn them daily since they came. I would definitely recommend your company to others. One of my relatives got some advertised on tv (the rechargeable kind) and sent them back within two weeks. We are glad I didnt get that kind.

I requested twice to return the equipment and the rep insured me that you could make them work for me if I would get a resent hearing exam details to you. My problem is since that time I've had to deal with my wife having a severe stroke. I neither have the time or the resources to fulfill your request. I have NOT wore the aids more than the few minutes when I first received them. I still would like to return them before my money runs so short your auto bill pay starts bounces.
