10 inch mid East panderio Arrived with one of the clasp off and bent

hi the product works fine , but arrived w red cap loose in packaging i had to glue it to metal stem, did not fit stem properly.

I ordered more than two weeks before xmas. Confirmed the order right away. A full week later I get an apology email for the delay because of the holiday rush. You think you would have prepared for that. Still with no date on when it was going to arrive. The product arrived almost a full week after xmas all the while stating 2 day free delivery. Since it was late the person ended up making his own arrangements for the pickup. I convinced him to return his but all this could have been avoided if your company planned for xmas traffic. I'm very disappointed with our transaction.

My experience with LiquidAudio wasn’t a good one. I ordered a Allen&Heath digital stage box, and right before it was supposed to ship, the status changed to Cancelled. Later I got an email stating that the item I bought was damaged. Rather than call me first and explain that there was an issue, they just cancelled it. I would have been fine for LiquidAudio to give me a heads-up and re-order a new one. But, not the case. Disappointed! Wayne
