I ordered a case for my daughters birthday, I paid for next day delivery to make sure it would arrive on time, but that was over three weeks ago and I haven’t even had confirmation of shipping. I’ve tried to contact the only email address on the site, but they haven’t even responded. £31.99 down the drain, and my daughter was devastated not to get her Rhodes case!

Everything was great with the customer service but my only problem is with the case itself. I know you are working on a MagSafe case which is great and I’ll be waiting for that.
