On October 19, 2026, I deposited 5,000 USDT into my LioGames Distribution Hub wallet after communicating with their team about a possible H2H upgrade. The blockchain confirms that the receiving address received the full amount. I briefly saw the funds reflected in my wallet, but shortly afterward, I unexpectedly lost access to my account. Even after resetting my password through OTP verification, I could not log in. My previous Telegram conversation with LioGames Global also disappeared from my chat history. Despite repeatedly contacting their support channels, I have not received a satisfactory response or a solution. This has been an extremely distressing experience because I invested my personal savings and trusted this platform as a business supplier. I have already submitted a formal complaint with blockchain evidence, transaction receipts and screenshots. I urgently request that LioGames restore my account access, investigate what happened and ensure my funds are safe, properly credited or refunded. I hope their management team will take this situation seriously and respond immediately.

This website is so bad, takes forever to process order and in customer service there is a literal CHATBOT! We can't even contact actual humans for complaints and the Chatbox crashes and won't even reply back to our complains. The most we can do is send an email because the retard owner closed the dms on Instagram and X. I'll recommend everyone to use another website to recharge literally anything besides this website. Always pending payments, no customer services and takes forever to raise complain when we could've easily avoided all these by using any other website.
