Good UI didn't crash during last week event

It is the best gaming website to buy products which is cheap and affordable but it has some issues like server crash and server slow especially at event time so I want this fixed to increase customers satisfaction.Thank you.

Would like to give 3 star because of the server problem and specially the new issue is that to recharge first we have to topup minimum 1k in our wallets.which all of us can't afford that cause we manage to recharge but due to that I think customers aren't coming like before.So should remove the wallet top-up issue and make like the old process
