This is the 3rd week, no teacher, no class
This is the 3rd week, that I have waited to be admitted to my lesson, and no meeting has happened. I am very worried about Ms Abimbola, is she alright? Why has no one been in touch with me to let me know what is happening, and why have I not been given a substitute teacher until Olu Ko, Ms Abimbola comes back? Can someone please get in touch. asap. Eseun, NeroDiamante (Dudu DIamond).

Hi NeroDiamante, Thank you so much for your patience and for taking the time to explain what happened during your call with our Customer Experience team. We’re glad we were able to connect and resolve the timing mix-up. It means a lot to hear that you’ve been enjoying your lessons with Ms. Abimbola, and we truly appreciate your kindness and concern for her. We’re looking forward to your class this Friday and to making sure your learning journey continues smoothly. 🧡
