Hello Osama - Thank you for your suggestion regarding weekend chat support. We understand that having chat support available on weekends would be beneficial for many of our customers. Currently, our chat support is available [Monday–Friday 8 am – 8 pm EST (5 am – 5 pm PST)]. While we do not currently offer weekend support, we are constantly evaluating our support options, and your feedback will be taken into consideration as we plan for future improvements.

Line 2 has just made life easier by separating business from personal all on the same phone. The transcribed voicemail is also a plus when in places that you cannot take an audible message.
