Dennis was great. He walked me through a resolution to my problem and solved it. He was courteous, and clearly instructive. He sweetened a bad taste in my mouth for Line2 as over the last 2 days I have emailed Line2 twice looking for a resolution and neither email was returned. I also left a voice message yesterday after a long wait to be connected to a tech and that messages was not returned or addressed with me. Before talking with Dennis on this ticket I had called earlier and spoke to someone on ticket #713050, his resolution was to reset my password on his end, which solved nothing except for logging me out of my Line2 phone app which abruptly ended my phone call. I was left with a reset password and no way or instruction to log back in. Instead I received an email stating that ticket # 713050 was resolved. Which of Coarse it wasn't, so I replied to that email as instructed in the email that it was not resolved and I was never followed up on with that issue. I do not recall the gentleman's name that I spoke with on ticket #713050, but he was of no help. Dennis, on this ticket, however, was a true help. My 5 star rating is for Dennis, as for Line2...One star.

Line 2. It's Amazing..Wonderful. It helped me have a very professional business number starting with just $20 per month for a toll free number. It's been a blessing not to carry more cell phones, just to have a 2nd line. I'm so grateful that they had this service, just when I needed it and it was so easy to find. I don't think it's no place in the world that I could have got a better deal:) very pleased.
