Ordered and paid extra for express shipping (7-12 days) the item took 27 days to arrive and was not here in time for the specific event I needed it for. Prior to this I emailed customer support several times and was given inconsistent information about the reason for delay, plus two entirely different shipping trackers which showed it has not been shipped for over a week after I ordered, plus conflicting details (one tracked from US and one from china) they now say i have to pay ridiculous shipping fees to return or are offering me $6 compensation and keep the item. Item itself is ok. Nothing special and quality not worth the cost. Avoid this company.
