Satisfaction Guaranteed: Exceptionally Reliable Residential Contractor Grade Electricians
BLUF: Strongly consider Lightning Bug Electrical's family owned business to handle complex residential electrician contractor level work with honesty, fairness, and significantly above work ethics, with proven ability to surge working crew capacity to meet increased job site demands in order to stay on mission until task completion, rain or shine. Literally. Certified code compliant exterior 120V wiring, above+below grade runs, WR outlets, driveways, concrete, gravel, concrete cutting tools, and Mother Nature did not prevent Alex, Hunter, Michael, and Brayden from adapting and overcoming dynamic working conditions to achieve success as verbally promised. In today's age of caveating to set expectations with customers to essentially expect less, while personally coming from an era of 'say what you mean, mean what you say', I was unexpectedly overcome with recognizing outstanding work ethic from Alex. Alex personally committed the completion of the work requirements within 1 working business day, rain or shine. I honestly thought he was just using the cliche saying without really meaning it. I ended up apologizing to the man for not asking Alex and his teammates to pause and resume working while enduring multiple rain showers and 2 downpours. Every teammate was soaked, covered in wet mud, and relentlessly attacked by mosquitoes. Alex and Hunter powered through the initial challenges encountered with 58 year old concrete. Alex then did something that I hope more professionals would be willing to do more of: consult other experienced teammates to reassess different approaches to new problems. This allowed Lightning Bug Electric to bring in surge capacity teammates Michael and Brayden for additional support to collectively complete the work with the remaining time left on the clock despite the inclement weather disruptions. Alex was thorough with final walk through of overall job completion including successful function testing outlets, invoicing, explanations of terms and conditions with warranty, and payment processing. Alex and Bobby each deserves recognition for individually having grace towards those experiencing life challenges with empathetic responses. Please note that honorable mentions are due for Lightning Bug Electric's sales lead, Bobby, and dispatch, Heather, for tight coordination. Consider Alex and crew for one+done style high quality detail oriented certified code compliant residential electrician contractor grade work. Satisfaction guaranteed. They mean it.
