After receiving defective item. They were ignorant and refused to refund. Terrible customer service. After 3 weeks when I disputed the cc charge they refunded.

DON'T buy lighting from LightingNewYork.com Ugly lights. And if you even put a bulb in it to see if it works you are SOL and cannot return the fixture. We bought some "copper" lights that were nothing like copper (they were an unattractive muddy dark brown color) and looked like voodoo masks with two glaring eyes. They will not accept a return at all. See other honest reviews on FaceBook.

Avoid this company. Very deceptive business practices, virtually non-existent customer service and very poor and unprofessional service once you get it!
