Service was quick, when I e-mailed questions about the faucet they responded to me quickly. Faucet was arrived quicker than expected.

I purchased a curved shower base with sliding curved doors for a job, I am a contractor. I had some questions prior to ordering. The phone representative was knowledgeable and made me feel confident in placing my order. The unit came within a week and kept my job on schedule. This is an A1 company and I have recommended them to several other clients and so far I have no negative feedback.

I have bought two vanities. It always looks better on the picture. I expected a better quality product I hope they last, did not have any problems so far

Everything I ordered was processed quickly, arrived in excellent condition, and was delivered prior to the estimated delivery date. The items were perfectly packaged to ensure the integrity of each light fixture. I have been very pleased with my Lighting City experience.

We purchased a very large glass mirror medicine cabinet. The cabinet was still packaged in it's manufacture's box which was then packaged in another box with a huge amount of padding. It made for a very heavy and large object for the delivery guy, but it made it to our house in one piece. No cracks or breaks. And it only took about a week to get to the house. I was really surprised and happy. My husband was not though...that meant he had more work to do on the weekend. LOL.

Great selection of products and reasonable prices.

This was my first experience with MainFaucet. The order process went fine however there was a problem with the item once it was received. The item was missing a piece that was described in the on-line ad and after contacting MainFaucet they said this item was no longer provided and should not have been listed in the ad. Since I purchased this item based on the ad, MainFacuet was willing to make an adjustment to the price of the item. While I didn't get what I expected, I was satisfied with the end result.
