Still haven’t gotten my package yet been a month… when I asked about it via email someone told me it should be there 3-5 days. That was well over a week ago. Terrible service and follow up.

Tracking isn't current and no one's answering my emails . Gift is needed tomorrow and I ordered it in November and it's still not here.

Pretty hard to review an item that I never received. It’s been sitting in Rochester according to my shop app for over a week and I ordered this in 11/29 thought I’d have plenty of time. Looking at the other reviews that’s just how this company operates. I haven’t even bothered to email them bc they will tell you in the item description it says it will take 10-20 BUSINESS days 😒

Never received the item.

I just feel like It could have been better. I expected more out of my lighters and it's not giving me the same appeal as the ads did. The dragon lighter didn't shoot out a flame like the video, there's no instructions on how to use it and you have to refill it after like 3 uses. I'm not sure that it was worth the money for actual use. But it's a nifty party trick.

I ordered at the end of November. Still awaiting arrival. This is beginning to seem like a scam.
