Beautiful fixture - had some blemishes first time but they fixed them promptly

Something unknown occurred that delayed my receipt of the item for over 2 1/2 months. Upon contacting the store, a replacement was made and shipped in good order and time. The only other complaint I have is that I remember the mailbox being a combination of copper and bronze. The item I received is ONLY copper and not as attractive and eye-catching as I recall the original item to be. Overall I am satisfied, yet I am disappointed that it does not match what I recall from my original viewing and expectations. Louis Randall "Randy" Almond

The fixtures are gorgeous, and make such a wonderful pattern of light. I also love that I'm supporting an Austin craft business! Thanks for making such wonderful stuff!

Well done with careful attention to detail. It looks great on our wall.
