Great software have had no issues installed on 3 computers and worked well on all. Been a minute since I have been able to give out a 5 star review feels good to get a product functioning and as advertised. Thanks

Great service Bought camera and software. It was shipped quickly (same day) Unfortunately, Danish customs thought it was spy equipment and sent it back. After which Lightburn sent with another freight company which was responsible for customs clearance itself. All without charge, and super fast.

We are extremely happy with Lightburn Software. We have been using lasers for over a year, and this application by far is the absolute best! I'm amazed with all of the features including design on the fly, setting cut/engrave/score parameters, able to see how the file is printed with the preview option, and so many more features. This is the the best laser software around, and the laser community always recommends getting it. The user support was also very responsive.

Hello, I know you wrote this in 2022, but we just set up a Trustpilot account so we didn't see this. [email protected] answers all emails within 48 business hours, so please make sure you reached out to the correct address. As for your license code, sometimes those who pay with PayPal have a different email address they set up PayPal with, and the code goes there. In either case, [email protected] can sort this out for you. Thank you.
