Really like the purchase I made, and unbelievable shipping time. Would like for the site to have recommended dosages, but I can see where that would get fuzzy with FDA.

I first purchased Liftmode's Green Tea Extract on a whim, because I thought it would be nice to try more of their health-promoting supplements. However, after reading more and more about the actual benefits of the various concentrates in it, I decided to give it a try first. I started taking half of the recommended dose, twice per day. I've been suffering from a variety of health issues over the past few weeks. Basically, my body takes three times as long to digest than it did before. Now I've unfortunately run out of Liftmode's Green Tea Extract. However, using it along with various other Liftmode products has helped tremendously in being able to take care of myself, my life, and responsibilities DESPITE being quite ill. I'm absolutely certain that the Green Tea Extract played quite a large part in how much it recovered over the past 10 days or so; Every time I open up the little container of Green Tea Extract, I can smell how natural and earthy (meaning healthful to me) it is, and although I don't feel a striking difference after taking it, I do notice a somewhat calming effect overall. Thank you, Liftmode, once again, for providing us all an excellent, natural supplement to try!
