We would like to assure you that LiftMode takes customers’ health-related issues or feedback very seriously. As a result, we will hold an internal investigation regarding your claims. In the future, please contact us directly and immediately, if you ever have any adverse reaction, so we may follow up and be of assistance immediately. In order to do our internal investigation, there are a few questions we would like to ask to determine all needed corrective actions to ensure the safety of our customers. What are the numbers on the bottom of the container for that product? What is the amount of, and the name of, the product which was consumed that is suspected of causing the adverse reaction? What is the weight, height, and age of the person who experienced the adverse reaction? Were any other products being used including any other supplements? Was alcohol or caffeine or any other medications involved around the same time or on the same day? Do you have any pre-existing conditions? Was there a hospital visit involved? (If so then: what were the symptoms that lead to the Hospital visit? How long was the hospitalization? please provide the hospital report or diagnosis if available.)
