This was my 2nd order. I liked the wool hat so much I got another for work and 2 of the regular hats which are nice. The delivery was smooth and quick.

The hat works - fits on my head and everything. The repeated requests for a review make me think you're not sure the product works as designed. If you're not sure, include quality control measures in your production process, then you won't need to pester customers to find out.

I dont like it. One size fits all but it seems small and a little tight. I dont care for how it looks on me. Awkward. The material is ok I guess. Previously ordered 2 hats from you. The material was cut differently on them. Why the inconsistency? I liked and wore one of them. But, i took a chance because I wanted a wool hat. I wont be making any more purchases. Please stop sending me emails.

Additionally, the Wool Cap is designed differently from the Classic Cap, which may result in a different fit.
