Ursula was very straightforward with getting me all the information I needed as well as being so kind and patient while walking through the app with me as I had to change my email and my password it was a bit of a struggle but she was amazing and it was a great experience!

Virginia was an exceptional help. She made navigating through the app very easy, and she was incredibly articulate. I genuinely enjoyed my experience with her. I believe Virginia is super dedicated to her job and I could tell she always goes above and beyond for her customers. I would definitely recommend Virginia to anyone who is interested in learning about the programs & products offered. 10/10 would definitely recommend Miss. Virginia!

NO customer service at all. You call and there always busy. Want a number to call you back however NO ONE ever call back. Was sent tracking for prescription. I received the medication before I received tracking. Portal is t update very often at all. Messages go days without a response.

This company is horrible. The doctors never respond to your questions or requests. I tried to cancel and still charged my card and now they do not want to refund my money. I have proof I kept requesting a cancelation too. Talk about not a trusting company. Never again. I went straight to my provider to refill my prescription. Be aware of this company.

I placed an order with LifeMD but changed my mind and tried to cancel it. Despite leaving three messages on the patient portal, I never received a reply. I finally called their customer service number and was finally able to cancel my membership. However, I was still charged. After calling again, I was told that I could not get a refund because the medication had been shipped, even though my first two requests to cancel were sent before the shipment. Cannot recommend this company.
