Paid for prescription on December 14th 2022. Was sent shipping info on January 4th. Post office says still awaiting carrier. Have called 4 times Customer Service says upper management is aware of the problem Still no product shipped.Update prescription has been expedited to me Thank for making this transaction right. Would use LifeMD again.

The proof is in the pudding! When the experience say verified that mean I proven my case to make this review! The absolute worst doc visit ever! Didn’t even call prescriptions in and was not professional at all this site is ghetto for sure! Called at 1230 pm to talk with doctor who was rude as hell and tried to tell me about something she knows nothing about! She also told me to wait 20 min and called the pharmacy to make sure meds are there. I waited until 3pm and went to pharmacy and the prescription was not there! So then I tried to reach out to see what happen and got the run around while standing in the pharmacy looking stupid! So around 430 they sent prescription But I was long gone to work. Word of advice to the doctor. If you wasn’t so busy telling me how I’m messing up my life with this laser that had nothing to do with what I called for maybe you could have sent my prescription in on time. Y’all didn’t wait to take the $36 and when I called back I was told y’all had a lot of patients lol like that had anything to do with me. It ain’t changing over here and stop calling my phone. Y’all would not even answer me back yesterday and want me to answer y’all today and stop saying anything to get off I ain’t talk to no two medical professional and y’all dropped the ball 🗣next imma post the messages and times so y’all can stop lying to these people! Sorry to hear this. We reviewed this case, and a prescription was immediately sent to your requested pharmacy after your consultation. The Doctor also reminded you to check with the pharmacy prior to picking up the medication in order to make sure it would be ready in time. In fact, two different medical providers followed up with you all within less than 1 hour. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to message us through the app. Again, we sincerely apologize that your experience was not great. Have you logged into your app or web portal to see the various messages from both the doctor and medical assistant after your visit?

I have ordered from your company for over a year now. I am a very satisfied customer. Goddess was not only helpful but reassuring and made me feel safe. She obviously cares about the customers and your company. As a business owner, I know there is no amount of money you can pay to make someone care. I suggest a raise or increase in benefits so you don't lose this valuable employee.
