The doctor is very pleasant and makes sure she addresses any questions or concerns. I truly feel heard as a patient and person.

Thorough! Questions that I didn't think of were answered. Options were discussed. Even showing me how to navigate and use the site. Very, very helpful and made me feel at ease.
