Put in a prior authorization for my insurance which they were able to get my medication covered. Available for any questions, follow up appts. Been a great experience.

The biggest positive of LifeMd is how fast the drs get back to you when you have any questions. My primary care takes forever! Dr Tony is the best

They could not schedule a MD call for me for two months. I had paid for a six month subscription to their service so there would be no lapse in the provision of care.

What they offer is great and I signed up with a deal that was pretty amazing and less expensive than competitors. That came with a small kink. The customer service was a little slow at first. I believe they had more calls than reps. This has since been resolved.
