Melodie explained all my options to keep me as a customer. She also explained more to me about the program than anyone else had in the past. She was extremely professional. I told her I may try the program again at a later time.

The doctors are easy to talk to and explain the process thoroughly. I love that it is telehealth and no doctor waiting rooms!! In the beginning, I had some issues scheduling an appointment in a timely manner. I almost gave up, but I finally got all the info needed in the system and was able to re-schedule. Just know that it will take a few weeks to get set up and receive meds.
