Phone. Operator did not disclose call would be from the east coast and the scheduled time was not the time zone we are in. Very confusing for the customer :(

The meds always come when they are supposed to, and they do answer my questions. However, they advertise being available 24/7, and they do NOT get back to you right away. Also, their meds are a bit pricey compared to others.

Been trying it for 3 months does not curb appetite at all. Now this month they CHARGED ME $149 THEN TRIED TO CHARGE ME $299 now they are saying We attempted to process your payment, but it was unsuccessful. At this time, we are unable to continue processing your prescription order until payment is completed. Please update your payment method or let us know when we may retry the payment so we can move forward with your order. they already charged $149 now trying to charge $299 for what?

I wouldn't recommend LifeMD. First, you have to pay a non-refundable fee. The fee amount is $39.99 or $50.00. The nurse I spoke with had a nonchalant attitude. In the midst of the conversation, she left the video and came back and 5 minutes. She advised me she will write a prescription for the GLP medication and B12 injection and pharmacy will get in contact with me soon. Basically, the Pharmacy advised once they receive the prescription someone will get in contact with me that's been a year ago. I never received a call back. The whole process was weird. I'm believing during the screening if it is determined the patient is unable to pay the price LifeMD wants you to pay, then you aren't a preferred candidate and this is reason for the none refundable fee. Try Amble or Wellos (a benefit most company offers for their employees). No membership fees with Amble. With Wellos after 4 months of being on the program, there is a one time fee of $140.00; however, its for the whole program.

Medicine was sent monthly on time. I spoke with a PA who reached out to me and was pleased with our conversation. This was my first month.
