Melody H is probably one of the best customer service reps that I have ever had especially over the phone. It was very clear that she enjoys her job. She has a great attitude that comes through the phone. She really felt like an advocate for me. She handled my concerns professionally and promptly. I really cannot say enough positive things about her and the job she did.

Y was very helpful. She was able to answer all my questions. She was patient and helped me through the process. Probably scripted, but I liked that she is not only selling but let me know she uses it as well (nice touch). I felt comfortable completing the process.
