Wonderful bedside manner and was so nice to me. Some of the PA have an attitude but she was amazing . She told me things I needed to do that no one had explained to me as well . Today was a great experience.

It took over a month to get my product however I was compensated for the delay.

Issue when they sent me for bloodwork and too them 7 months to pay the bill. They would promise to call me back with updates which never happened or that someone from the management team would call and that NEVER happened either. You can't get in touch with a provider unless you make an appt which is always weeks out, even though they say you have access all the time. They are on time with taking your management fees which are way more than everyone else. I will be looking for another provider for my meds.

The prices are high and you pay for your subscription and medication separately and I think it’s a bit much why not combine the price into 1?

Not worth the money, you talk to a nurse and still pay a fortune for the meds. I wouldn’t try this. After paying the membership the meds are about 1000 or more. They won’t refund the membership either. This is a scam.

The experience was great because as soon as I notified them of none delivery of my medicine,someone contacted me back immediately. Soon after, the problem was resolved and I recieved my package. The company does well with getting back with me in a timely manner.Communication is key When I have question,I need answers and they respond quickly.I like that
