Warning. Terrible customer service and threats from representative to charge for services and products if I didn't follow through with their evaluation pricess. This is what happened: . In good faith I placed a request for products then submitted my credit card. To complete the process I waited to connect with a provider, but the provider did not connect. I tried repeatedly to connect. I even called the company and was unable to reach anyone who could help. A few days later I recieved a call from a very rude female rep threatening to charge my credit card for over $400 of service and product I did not recieve of I refused to set up a video call with one of their health care providers. I am now having to monitor my credit card for fraudulent charges. Stay away from this company! There are better ones that treat customers better and are not as expensive too.

This tele-health option has been great for me. When I initially signed up there was a bit of confusion on the process in that the app- it was not fully functioning and many messages sent for help were not answered in a decent timeframe. Somehow after the first few months, the app was less of an issue and messages were replied to in a decent manner of time. The staff now has been knowledgeable and courteous to me in messages and have taken care of any need that I have requested of their services. I selected this tele-health since my own primary care was not available to support me when I needed them. I have intentions on keeping this tele-health option moving forward.

RUN! Life MD clearly can't can handle the volume of customers they have anymore. I used their services briefly about two years ago and everything was fine. I signed back up again in November and they scammed me. Literally. They charged me for a product they never sent. For weeks I tried to get a hold of them on the phone, via email and a messages on the app to let them know. Life MD never responded. When they never responded, I immediately deleted my subscription so I would not get scammed again. Then today I noticed on my credit card they put through a charge for January. I immediately filed a dispute with a credit card company and was reimbursed and I'm taking the time to write reviews to warn other people. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General's office in the state in which they operate. I still haven't been reimbursed for the medication I paid for and they never sent me. In closing, I can say with certainty, at least in my case I feel they have fraudulent business practices.

The prescription was easy enough to obtain. Cancelling the membership has been extremely hard. I have cancelled now three times, been charge twice!! The chat tells me that I paused the membership. I have cancelled it, they will not issue a refund.

The terms of this service are completely misleading. I was billed $335 for a 'membership'. I called a day later to cancel the membership and expected to see a refund on my bank account within a few days. I had to wait another 32 minutes to speak to a service agent and was told that my membership had been cancelled but unfortunately I had not ASKED them for a refund so nothing had been returned to my account. How bogus is that? They fully intended on keeping $335 without a second thought. After several questions, they agreed to a partial refund of $186 which is completely unacceptable. Happy New Year to me! This was a perk recommended by my employer -- I will be posting a note about my experience for all of our foreign and domestic employees.
