I was having some issues with my login and Libsyn customer support (Aaron M) was very helpful and helped me solve my problem quickly. I have been a happy libsyn customer for over 3 years.

I worked with Max in Support. He was terrific. It took awhile to identify the actual issue, but he stuck with it and remained patient with me. I eventually received an email that he'd figured out the issue and resolved it. Everything is running smoothly, again.

I was having trouble transitioning my current show into a new one and Dave stepped in and helped with with every step of the way. I am grateful to his patience and expertise. An amazing experience for sure!

The support staff is amazing! They patiently held my hand through a (difficult for me) move from another platform to libsyn. I also love all of libsyn's features and expect my podcast to reach more listeners than it did before I moved to this platform.

Dave from the support email was very helpful in helping me navigate the podcast categories question. He provided a short video clip with audio from my dashboard that outlined exactly what I was trying to figure out. He also included some suggestions. This effort was really appreciated and left me feeling confident with how to proceed.

Been using Libsyn for many years, they were very helpful setting up and the customer service has been great throughout.
